HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist prepared to embrace a genuine leadership position. Engage in a dual capacity role as both Medical Director and hands-on provider for a well-regarded addiction recovery mental health program. This position offers a chance to attain partial ownership in an accomplished establishment, operate within an upscale environment, and assume Medical Leadership responsibilities within a team of seasoned and hospitable experts.

- Psychiatrist will work FT, Monday – Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with flexibility to be remote one day per week
- Psychiatrist will assume the on-site Medical Leader role, with great
- Psychiatrist will provide direct patient care and supervise MDs and Advanced Practice Providers
- Psychiatrist will provide care for a small panel of SUD and Mental Health Adult clients
- Psychiatrist will work with Managing Director, Executives, & Medical Board on policies
- Psychiatrist will be Director of TMS, Ketamine/ Spravato, Stelllate Ganglion Block, Neurofeedback services
- Psychiatrist will work in Vail, travel 1x per month to Denver for collaboration
- Psychiatrist will attend industry events, trainings, and participate in podcast
- Psychiatrist will collaborate with colleges and universities in research opportunities
- Psychiatrist will report to Chief Operating Officer
Addiction Recovery Psychiatrist Requirements:
- Licensed Psychiatrist
- 3+ years’ experience in SUD, Recovery
- Experience w/ TMS, Ketamine/ Spravato, Stelllate Ganglion Block, & Neurofeedback
Addiction Recovery Psychiatrist Compensation:
- 325K Base +
- 100K in company equity per year
