Marketing Manager

Galvanize is a biomedical platform company operating at the convergence of engineering, biology, and healthcare delivery, aiming to deliver life-changing solutions to patients and their doctors. We design and develop Pulsed Electric Field Systems to achieve meaningful and lasting therapeutic outcomes for patients.

General Description

This role supports global marketing initiatives for Galvanize Therapeutics, with specific focus on downstream marketing to drive awareness and adoption. Key responsibilities include supporting creation and execution of marketing assets, social media campaigns, and website content. This role also assists with conference & event planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in content creation for marketing collateral, presentations, digital media, website, and customer-facing documents.
  • Coordinate conferences, tradeshows, podcasts, webinars, and events.
  • Support marketing efforts for industry conferences, including but not limited to, announcements of new products or clinical evidence, creating social media content, creating pre/post show promotions, etc.
  • Support national sales meetings and events.
  • Create captions and graphics for social media postings.
  • Track the analytics and ROI for social media, websites, and events.
  • Maintain the Galvanize website, physician education center, and sales resource center.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Marketing, Clinical, Sales, and Regulatory to route materials through the promotional material approval process.
  • Support product launches through collateral development, demo kits, videos, etc.
  • Leverage clinical evidence to create marketing content to promote products.
  • Maintain existing marketing / sales material collateral, updating or obsoleting as needed.
  • Manage the sales fulfillment center.

Key Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related is required.
  • 4 – 5 years of marketing experience (medical device or healthcare field is preferred)
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns that require collaboration across various teams is preferred.
  • Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Skills and Experience:

  • Graphic design experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) is required.
  • Basic video editing skills are preferred.
  • Excellent use of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel software.
  • Ability to support the creation and management of MarComm collateral and digital marketing assets.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong initiative in accomplishing work and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Effectively builds and maintains positive relationships across all organizational levels while working in a team-driven environment. Maintains a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain composure under stress and always exhibit a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills working with clinical or research data.

At Galvanize Therapeutics, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $90,000 and $100,000 per year, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
