HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP for a hybrid travel position working 3 Clinical Days on-site, 1 remote day for documentation, and FRIDAYS off for a 3-day weekend. Join a Nurse Practitioner-led organization while providing hands on Psychiatric care to the Geriatric population in Assisted Living Facilities or patients private homes.
- PMHNP is considered a FT Employee
- PMHNP works 3 clinical days on site
- PMHNP has remote admin day Thursdays
- PMHNP has Fridays off
- PMHNP receives paid travel, condensed travel per day, travel time included in schedule
- PMHNP receives 6-8 weeks PAID training
- PMHNP will join a welcoming team, that provides on-going support and training
- PMHNP visits between 1-3 facilities per day
- PMHNP treats 34 patients weekly
- PMHNP has an assigned Patient Care Coordinator, keeping down commute
- PMHNP will carry a caseload of approximately 105 patients
- PMHNP treats dementia, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, etc.
- PMHNP provides assessment and medication management
Hybrid PMHNP, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- PMHNP Licensure
- Ability to obtain DEA
- Ability to use Google Suite
- Driver’s License
- Passion for Adult / Geriatric population
- Ability to travel to Skagit County and Whatcom County
Hybrid PMHNP, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Compensation:
- 132K-148K
- 5-10K Relocation
- Full-time compensation on 3–4-day work week
