A growing behavioral health organization in the Chicagoland area is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist interested in combining meaningful clinical work with physician leadership responsibilities across established outpatient behavioral health programs.
This opportunity offers a balanced mix of patient care and operational involvement while working alongside an experienced and collaborative leadership team.
Position Highlights:
- 50/50 clinical + administrative structure
- No inpatient call responsibilities
- Established outpatient behavioral health programs
- Multi-site role supporting Skokie and Downers Grove locations
- Strong operational and clinical support infrastructure
- TMS/Spravato exposure
- Nearly 6 weeks of PTO annually

Ideal Background:
- MD or DO, Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Experience in inpatient, PHP, IOP, and/or outpatient behavioral health settings
- Interest in physician leadership and program oversight
- Collaborative and approachable communication style
- Comfortable working primarily onsite within the Chicagoland area
