Sr. Business Development Executive – Employer & Enterprise Benefit Programs

Our client is seeking a sales/business development individual to bring on new customers and increase its user base across the Employer & Enterprise Benefit Program Vertical.

You will work directly with leadership and product teams to close deals, generate momentum, and lay the foundation for long-term customer success. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual who thrives in a Startup environment and wants to make a meaningful impact and grow with the Company as it scales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Sales Execution:

  • Own the full sales cycle- from prospecting and outreach to demos, proposals, and closing.
  • Target Employers & TPAs with 250-1500 employees,
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and demos that speak to this audience.
  • Build and manage a pipeline using platforms such as Asana, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with a performance-driven mindset.

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and conversions.
  • Leverage marketing resources and campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Represent the Company at virtual and in-person events, demos, and industry conversations.

Customer Engagement & Handoff:

  • Coordinate smooth transitions from sale to onboarding/support teams.
  • Capture customer feedback and help inform product improvements and sales collateral.
  • Build long-term relationships that can lead to renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
