HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Director of Community Services to provide clinical and operational leadership within a mission-driven nonprofit serving children and families across southeastern New Mexico. This role oversees multiple community-based programs and leads supervisors and program leadership teams.
This is a hybrid leadership role with a strong onsite presence required. Candidates must live within 45 minutes of Hobbs, NM or be willing to relocate.
Director Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day operations across community-based programs
• Oversee CBIR, High-Fidelity Wraparound, Family Visitation, and Children & Family Services
• Supervise program supervisors and program manager
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance across programs
• Partner with leadership on state contracts, policies, and performance metrics
• Represent organization in state and interagency meetings
• Drive program performance, outcomes, and compliance
• Lead process improvement and program development initiatives
• Support staff development, supervision, and retention
Director Requirements
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active New Mexico license required (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT)
• 3+ years leadership experience in community-based or family services
• Experience with trauma-informed and family-centered care models
• Wraparound services experience strongly preferred
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with state-funded programs and contracts
• Strong clinical and operational leadership skills
• Must live within 45 minutes of Hobbs, NM or relocate near 88240
• Must be onsite 3 days per week
Director Compensation & Benefits
• $105,000–$120,000 base salary
