A rapidly scaling healthcare technology company is seeking a Patient Growth Lead to build, coach, and optimize a high-performing patient outreach team.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of:
- patient engagement

You will help scale outreach systems, improve enrollment performance, coach team members, and work directly with leadership on operational growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team of Patient Growth Specialists
- Track outreach, enrollment, and scheduling performance metrics
- Improve workflows and outreach processes as the company scales
- Partner with leadership and engineers to improve AI-enabled outreach systems
- Analyze dashboards and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Help hire, train, and grow the team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading outreach, enrollment, customer success, SDR, admissions, or operations teams
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Highly organized and metrics-driven
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
- Analytical mindset with strong operational instincts
- Comfortable using AI and technology tools daily
- Adaptable, low ego, and growth-oriented
