Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Lymphedema Care

Full-Time | Part-Time | W-2

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team focused on patient-centered, high-quality care. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to specialize in a growing and highly impactful area of physical therapy.

  • Competitive compensation: $77,000–$93,000 annually or $50–$60/hour

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
  • Provide hands-on therapy and patient education to support long-term self-management
  • Complete documentation accurately and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical, state, and federal guidelines

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Qualifications

  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Home health experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned coverage area
  • Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms

Multiple regions throughout Florida are based on patient demand. Coverage areas are assigned close to home. CLT certification preferred or demonstrated experience treating lymphedema patients.
