Occupational Therapist (OT) – Lymphedema Care

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team focused on patient-centered, high-quality care. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to specialize in a growing and highly impactful area of therapy.
Occupational Therapist (OT) Compensation
- Competitive compensation: $80,000–$120,000 annually or $61–$81/hour

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders
- Develop individualized, functional treatment plans focused on daily living and independence
- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education to support long-term self-management
- Complete documentation accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal guidelines
Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- CLT certification preferred or demonstrated experience treating lymphedema patients
- Home health experience preferred
- Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms
