This is a true 50/50 Medical Director position overseeing behavioral health services across two established sites—ideal for a psychiatrist ready to grow into leadership or expand their impact.

The Role:
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care (adult population)
- Lead and mentor clinical teams

Compensation:
- $300K–$350K base
- ~6 weeks total PTO
