A growing behavioral health organization in the Chicago area is seeking a Psychiatrist Medical Director to help lead multi-site outpatient behavioral health programs across Skokie and Downers Grove.
This is a hands-on physician leadership opportunity combining meaningful clinical work with operational and team leadership in an established, collaborative environment.

Ideal Background:
- Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO)
- Experience in inpatient, PHP, IOP, and/or outpatient behavioral health
- Prior Medical Director, physician leadership, or supervisory experience preferred
- Collaborative, approachable leadership style
- Ability to work primarily onsite within the Chicagoland area
