We are currently seeking an outpatient mental health provider to join our boutique practice, renowned for its personalized fee-for-service approach. Position Details:
- 30 hours per week, in-person with flexible scheduling and telehealth options.

What You Will Do:

- Assess clients’ risks and needs, considering their mental health and social context.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders regarding treatment options.
- Utilize various treatment modalities such as psychodynamic therapy and behavior modification.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client treatment and records in accordance with HIPAA.
Requirements:
- PhD/PsyD with licensure in the state of Virginia.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively with staff and patients.
