Job Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time / Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy and social skills instruction to children and young adults in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment. This role is ideal for RBTs seeking flexible hours, graduate students in ABA or psychology programs, or clinicians looking to supplement existing work.
Services are provided in center-based, school-based, community-based, telehealth, and in-home settings, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy and social skills programming in small-group and 1:1 settings
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect and graph behavioral data
- Write objective, timely session notes
- Support clients in clinic, school, camp, and community settings
- Participate in supervision and clinical check-ins
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, confidentiality standards, and applicable regulations
- Ensure client safety and positive learning environments
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB required)
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred fields of study:
Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Human Development, or related fields
Training & Supervision
- Paid orientation and onboarding
- Ongoing supervision by a BCBA or BCaBA
- Training in data collection, graphing, de-escalation, behavior replacement strategies, and session documentation
- Collaborative, feedback-driven clinical environment
