Child & Adolescent Therapist – Full-Time
Milwaukee, WI
Up to $1,000 in sign-on/retention bonuses

Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist for a faith-based, trauma-informed behavioral health organization in Milwaukee. This role supports youth ages 4–18 in an Intensive Outpatient Program through individual, family, and group therapy.
Great for early-career clinicians — free on-site supervision is provided toward independent licensure.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and care teams
- Document services daily in the EMR
- Contribute to treatment planning and behavior strategies
- Support a safe, structured therapeutic environment
- Integrate Christian principles when desired by clients
Qualifications
- Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or related field
- Eligible for associate/trainee status OR fully licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Experience with children/adolescents preferred
- Strong communication, boundaries, and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Comfortable in a Christian-aligned clinical setting
