My client is transforming treatment with their surgical robotics innovation. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption, utilization, and commercial success.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role focused on product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle management. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute initiatives that directly impact growth and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategy for capital equipment and product launches
- Develop positioning, messaging, pricing, and commercial plans
- Partner with Sales as a product expert and commercial consultant
- Manage product lifecycle, including performance tracking and enhancements
- Engage in the field, including customer visits and OR case observation
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product marketing or downstream product management
- Experience marketing to surgeons and hospital stakeholders
- Proven success launching and scaling medical device products
- Strong cross-functional leadership and execution skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Hybrid role with 25% travel
