A rapidly growing surgical robotics company is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Software to lead the development and commercialization of software solutions that support next-generation robotic platforms.
This is a highly visible role responsible for the end-to-end software product lifecycle, including AI-driven capabilities, system connectivity, cloud-based solutions, surgeon-facing applications, and internal commercial tools. The position will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and Operations teams to bring innovative products from concept through launch and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for software products
- Drive development of AI-enabled features, hardware connectivity, and digital ecosystem initiatives
- Gather and prioritize Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales feedback
- Lead cross-functional teams through product development and launch
- Develop customer-facing portals, dashboards, and workflow solutions
- Support product adoption through launch planning, training, and field engagement
Qualifications
- Must have prior Surgical product software experience for MedTech, Capital Equipment etc.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Background in AI-enabled products, connected devices, cloud services, or digital health solutions preferred
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
