Supporting high-demand specialties including Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics, Surgery, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Telemedicine.
What You Will Own
- All facility-side sales and revenue generation
- Activation of portable client relationships
- Conversion of inherited warm hospital and health-system opportunities
- Prospecting and closing new contracts with hospitals, IDNs, FQHCs, and large medical groups
- Contract negotiation and margin optimization
- Industry networking and strategic deal-making
Ideal Background
- Must have sold healthcare staffing or recruiting services to hospitals.
- Must have relationships/”rolodex” of hospital administrators and c-suite.
- Locums preferred but not needed.
